Terms of service

1. The service

AIPrompter generates prompts, i.e. instructions to paste into an AI assistant, based on what you describe. It also offers history, favourites, templates, link sharing, firms with several members and a shared library.

The service is provided by 4Piemai and is currently free of charge, with hourly and daily usage limits that may change over time.

2. Accounts and firms

• You need a personal account to use the service; you are responsible for access to your account and what happens in it.
• You always work inside a firm. A firm's owner manages members, invitations and the business profile and can rename or delete content shared in the firm library.
• Content you share with the firm stays with the firm even if you leave it or delete your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use AIPrompter to:

• create unlawful, misleading or defamatory content, or content that infringes other people's rights;
• enter other people's personal data that is not necessary, or data you are not entitled to process;
• get around usage limits, automate requests or access the service other than through the interface provided;
• compromise the security or operation of the service.

4. Your content and the results

• The requests you write and the prompts generated remain yours or your firm's; you grant us only what is needed to provide the service.
• Prompts are produced by AI models and may contain errors or inaccuracies: check them before use.
• AIPrompter does not provide tax, legal, employment or other professional advice; results do not replace the opinion of a professional.

5. Availability

The service is offered as is, without guarantees of continuous availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue it, giving notice where possible; if it closes permanently, you will have time to download your data.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of generated prompts or from the service being unavailable. This does not affect cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights the law grants to consumers.

7. Suspension and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the “My account” page. We may block an account or firm that breaches these terms.

8. Changes to the terms

If we change these terms significantly, we will let you know in the service with reasonable notice. By continuing to use the service after the change, you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For business users the courts of Bergamo have jurisdiction; consumers keep the right to the courts of their place of residence.
